Boxanity Class

Boxanity is a boxing and bodyweight exercise class that uses the high intensity aspects of bag work and pad work alongside bodyweight and core circuits. This is an intense but fun exercise class, based on the training that boxers do to keep fit.

Our Boxanity sessions involve mainly working in pairs – 1 boxer, 1 pad holder – (you’ll be partnered up at the session, so you don’t have worry about coming alone). You’ll perform 3 – 4 minute combinations using boxing and kickboxing techniques and drills and then swap with your partner. You’ll quickly improve muscle tone, burn up to 900 calories, increase your fitness levels, build confidence, and relieve stress.
