On day 1, your coach will help guide you through the programme you will be working on as well as help you book into any other suggested sessions to get you the results you signed up for. 

Step 3: Members area
You will get access to a members area which has all the info and resources needed to get and maintain life changing results. Your coach will help you navigate this portal and guide you through the processes needed to stay on track. 

Step 4: Keep the results
At the end of your package, we will have 3 different after care packages available to help- you keep the amazing results you have just achieved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not, we work with people from all walks of life and fitness levels. We are here to get you to where you want to be and where you are right now will be a distant memory with just a few weeks.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle and a towel if you fancy a shower after, we supply the kit

Is there parking?

Sure is, parking at the front and rear of our unit as well as off street and surrounding carparks.

I have a special dietary requirement?

No Problem, as long as it means we can add a touch of variety here and there, we have it covered. From vegan to carnivore, we have some great options for you to enjoy.

How long are training sessions?

Both your PT and Group training sessions are 45 minutes and are packed with a lot of good vibes.

What time are training sessions?

Your PT sessions will be booked in around your availability and can be tailored to even the most hectic of diaries, the group transformation sessions work on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

During the week the sessions run at 06:00, 06:45, 10:00, 18:45 and 19:30, we also run an 8:00 on a Sunday.
