Transforming Your Body At Home!⠀

TRAIN HARDER THAN LAST TIME! – The fancy word for this is ‘progressive overload’. This means every workout you make a small aspect of it harder. This could mean using a chair or a jug of water as weight when doing an exercise or increasing the sets, reps or decreasing rest time.⠀

HAVE A STRUCTURED PLAN! – Having a plan at home for your nutrition and training is just as important as having one when gyms are open. You can always substitute bigger lifts with smaller ones that hit the same or similar muscle groups and ones that don’t need as much resistance. ⠀

OBTAIN A POSITIVE MINDSET! – Unless you have a fully rigged out home gym, training at home is not going to be as fun as a gym environment. It’s important that you stay in a positive mind and not making excuses when training at home. This way, you will maintain or even make more progress.⠀
