Over the next few weeks, we are going to be giving the world of Social Media a treasure trove of Weight Loss guidance and Tips.

So 1sts things 1st, to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit- in other word you need to burn more energy than you consume.

Starting out on a weight los journey can be hugely frustrating,  especially when it comes to food cravings and hunger pangs because we haven’t quite found foods that fill us up within our daily calorie allowance yet.

That’s where we come in to help 😁!

You don’t need to cut out all your favourite foods, you just need to know where to make the odd calorie saving.

For instance,  if someone gave you £1000 you wouldn’t spend it on something you really didn’t like, need or want would you. You would probably spend it wisely, this is how to look at your daily calorie allowance.

Making small daily savings that slowly add up to big noticeable changes.
