Our program splits your weekly training into targeted sessions: a push day, a pull day, and a legs day. AVT operates on a four-week cycle, with varied training techniques to keep your progress consistent and exciting. Over these cycles, we incorporate methods like higher reps, slower reps, and time under tension to create a principle called progressive overload. This is the key to muscle adaptation and achieving the results you want. Progressive overload helps you develop that lean, toned look while increasing your metabolism and boosting your energy levels.
